The event will run from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
This is an opportunity to fully understand the Hearing Loss Association of America's mission and to ask questions of its leader, Brenda Battat. Local chapters in Florida will have representatives in attendance, as well.

The Manatee County Disaster Preparedness Planning Committee is an inter-agency, multidisciplinary group of representatives from emergency management, public safety, and first response entities working together to keep Manatee safe in the event of a disaster. This presentation provides need-to-know information about the Functional and Access Needs (FANs) of persons with hearing loss.
